Excellent location, clean and modernized rooms. Would preffer an easier entrance (old-fashioned)

Location is excellent. The hotel is clean and modern, the staff that I saw was nice. Coffee was good and available.

I had difficulty checking-in and accessing the room - if my mobile connection is not perfect, there is not enough lighting, or simply if my old phone had died, I would be left out on the street due to this modern internet-based no people on site access. I didn't like this. I would also like more service at breakfast in the sense of a bit preprepared food - like cooked eggs (I didn't have time to cook on my own, cut the cheese etc, so my breakfast was simple and small).

It was comfortable and we enjoyed it a lot.

The hotel is right in the middle of the centre-ville, so its easy to walk to very interesting places and enjoy Tours. We had the chance to book the only place in the garage clsoe to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the personel very kind. Using an app to open the doors (for the house and the room) was a bit new, but manageable.

No lift, not hot breakfast (had eggs in the fridge but no means of making scrambled or fried-only a pan with water on a tiny portable cooker with no instructions at all)

We booked super last minute having missed the train and loved the spontaneous stay! Very friendly staff, everything you needed and well worth the value.

Location was great - room very modern and comfortable.

We had heavy bags that we had to take up 3 flights of stairs. The lounge was located 2 floors down which was a little inconvenient.

Location good, terrace would be good except weather was bad.

Sign in confusing, getting access to hotel and room. Got no forewarning about no receptionist issue. Intl guests have to self scan passports before access to hotel. Just a pain late evening.

Very unsatisfactory

Cpmfy room and bed.

A LOT! 1. There is no reception. Everything done through apps and qr. Human response is slow. 2. No elevator. Our room on 3rd floor more than 60 stairs. Quite a problem with luggage and maybe age amd health issues. This was not mentioned anywhere. 3. We arrived for breakfast at 8:45. No more eggs, just a bit of cheese, butter was served scarcely by a not so friendly human assisstant, juice was also rationed to half a glass. 4. There is no indication on the street of the location of the hotel but a very small sign. Entrance to the hotel is by qr scanning that requoires preregistration we were not aware of. This took a lot of time and attempts to contact establishment for several times before received answer. I spoke woth other guests that shared our experince and feelings. At current state of affairs i definitely don't recommend this hotel

Disappointing

Three good things: the staff were helpful, good location and the all day breakfast room. After that it's downhill. 'Accès digital' involves uploading your passport and photo and waiting for approval - great fun and very 'convenient' that. The room was so small that neither chairs nor bedside locker/table would fit. So, nowhere to sit other than the bed. And no table. The lighting was poor - could not read. Better value elsewhere. Oh, nearly forgot: we (both 72) had to climb to 3rd floor (no lift) though the staff did help with our luggage. PS: I understand the hotel has better rooms.

Beautiful property, rooms and fantastic central location .

The place was stunning - comfy beds, big showers, amazing breakfast on the terrace and friendly team. We stayed with our kids and the connecting rooms worked well. No issues with access entry - it’s new tech and ultra safe.

Nice but could be better

The staff was super nice. The hotel was very pretty, clean, and well decorated. Although the rooms were small we managed with a family of 4 and a small dog. So yes it was nice that they accepted our little dog as well. And we enjoyed the coffee machine in the common kitchen, it does great coffee!

We arrived at the hotel and we had to call to get our room numbers and no one was picking up, so we were for 15-20min in the hallway trying to reach out to someone. This all QR code opening of doors and no welcome desk, no staff to guide you was a bit of a pain. Breakfast is included which is nice but it is only sugary options, we stay a few days and experience 2 mornings when there was no “croissant” left or “pain au chocolat” and no juice at 10am, so one hour before the end of breakfast. This whole concept of help yourself and clean your table and put your stuff in the dishwasher in the common area is ok but not during breakfast time.

I really liked the unique property! Rooftop was lovely!

The location was excellent! Rooftop seating area so nice :). Staff very helpful and accommodating when we had questions or needed help.

No elevator. Request a lower floor if you have trouble with stairs. People on call to help you, but no one on site. Remote access may be a plus or a minus to you.

The location, awesome baked goods for breakfast and outdoor deck would have us return without a doubt!

Super convenient location near many restaurants and only 5 minutes from the Tours train station. An amazing outdoor deck that we discovered at breakfast but would be wonderful for a drink or coffee in the evening.

We were fine but to be aware there are flights of stairs so check on that for your needs and you need to be QR savvy to check in, with a cha Gr’s cell phone as is independent check in.

Location was convenient for shops, restaurants, main tourist sights and railway station.

The whole electronic access story was difficult, and we witnessed other guests struggling to get in and then to find out which room they had. You need to simplify the process.

They didn't tell us which room is assigned to us, so you some effort to find out because there are no staff around. Rooms are not soundproof enough considering the location and ppl going up and down the stairs. Registration procedure is a bit of a pain especially for non French.
