Private Rooftop Bbq Pool Steps To 5Th Avenue

This place is very close to a MEGA supermarket, and a few great taco places, i.e. Don Sirloin, and El Fogon. It is 7-10 minutes walking distance from 5 Ave, very quiet, feel safe. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. AC and fans work. So it is cool when hot outside. The condo need some update. The kitchen is bare minimal, plastic bowls, and two cooking pots. We just need to boil some eggs. The good thing is that the markets and restaurants are close. The condo manager Marianna was very nice. She responded with our request recommendation for tour guide and restaurants.

It is on third floor (penthouse), no elevator, just know that because of the luggage. I do wish the condo has a folder with some maps, restaurant recommendations, beaches recommendations, and some basic travel information. After all, there is no front desk, and no concierge.
