Il Triangolo Hostel

The location is perfect, a bit away from the noisy main street, but close enough to everything by foot (the town is super small anyway); The hostel has a huge common area which is perfect for meeting people, relaxing, or remote working if you need to, as they have excellent Wi-Fi in the common area and in the rooms; They also have a kitchen for guests, shared with the owner's family; Luca, the owner, was an extremely friendly and interesting Italian guy, and super kind to all people who come for a visit (the common area was always sociable for everyone, which is amazing!); It's got the real hostel vibe!!

Only reminder (not the hostel's problem) - there're a lot of mosquitos here as it's a beach town, so remember to put on repellent.

- Great place, Luca is a great host (and very interesting human being) and there's also a few volunteers around, always with good vibes. - The space is great, big and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and very well located. - Beaches around are unbelievably perfect. Next level!

- Checkout at 10AM is tight. Fortunately they let you use the common spaces for a while afterwards. - There's an old woman around, mostly in the kitchen, who's always grumpy and complaining about everything. Sending her healing & positive vibes, might she find the inner peace in her life. Same as with the mosquitoes, nothing the hostel is responsible of!

A great budget-friendly place if you’re looking for affordable accommodation. The mosquito nets on the beds are absolutely essential here and a big plus, as well as the towels. The owner and the volunteers are very kind and welcoming. Overall, a simple and good option for budget travelers.

I stayed in a 6-bed dorm, but all the dorms are under the same roof in one large hall, so sound (for example loud snoring) carries between rooms. Because of this, it was difficult to get proper sleep. Something to keep in mind if you plan to stay here. Also, one staff member (owner’s wife maybe?) was very rude, which unfortunately created an unwelcoming atmosphere during the stay.

Location is good and it’s a good place to meet other travelers.

The mother of the owner lives in the hostel but she is very cranky. She walks around with this bitter face and doesn’t even say hola back when you greet her. The rooms (even private) are located in this massive hall and separated by dividers. A private room therefore isn’t really private. Also there are only 2 showers and 2 toilets for all the guests.
