Welcome to Maple Leaf Lodge. Located near the north shore of Lake Wenatchee between Leavenworth Village and Steven's Pass, our family mountain retreat on one acre is quiet, spacious, and comfortable. We have a private swimming pool open for your enjoyment from Memorial Day Weekend through end of September. A covered six-person private hot tub is open for relaxation year-round.

OVERVIEW:
Maple Leaf Lodge is a peaceful and private mountain retreat nestled on one acre near the north shore of Lake Wenatchee. Designed with families in mind, this cozy three-bedroom home features a seasonal private pool, year-round hot tub, fenced yard for pets, and plenty of space to relax or play. Whether you're planning summer adventures or winter ski days, this home is ideally situated—just 23 miles from downtown Leavenworth and 28 miles to Stevens Pass.

LIVING SPACE:
The home’s split-level design offers versatile gathering areas for groups or families. On the lower level, enjoy a casual family room with a wood stove and cozy seating. Upstairs, the open-concept living area includes a second wood stove, a plush lounge space, and access to the covered front deck for morning coffee or evening barbecues.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully stocked kitchen includes an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. A spacious dining table offers seating for everyone to gather and connect, with outdoor dining available on the front deck under cover.

SLEEPING AREAS:
– Primary suite upstairs with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and French doors opening to the back deck
– Second upstairs bedroom with two twin beds and wainscoted walls
– Downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bathroom
– Portable pack-and-play and baby gear available for families with little ones

BATHROOM:
– Full bath upstairs with tub/shower combo
– Ensuite bath in primary suite with walk-in shower
– Full downstairs bath near laundry and ski gear storage
– Washer and dryer with boot dryer located on the lower level

– Seasonal private swimming pool (20' x 36') with diving board (open Memorial Day–Sept, heated to 82–84°F)
– Covered six-person hot tub for year-round soaking

– Propane firepit (wood burning not allowed)
– Driveway with covered winter parking and boat trailer space

Ideally positioned near Lake Wenatchee, Fish Lake, and Plain Hardware & Café. Enjoy summer activities like hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, boating, and fishing. In winter, sledding hills, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing are just minutes away. A short 30-minute drive brings you to Stevens Pass Ski Resort, with Mission Ridge just 80 minutes east.
