Très bel emplacement. Appartement fonctionnel et propre. Très belle vue
Le gros point noir de cette location c'est qu'il n'y a jamais eu d'eau chaude. Apparemment c'est quelque-chose de très courant dans cette résidence. Beaucoup de marches pour arriver à l'appartement et ascenseurs hors service. Résidence qui a eu son heure de gloire mais qui maintenant tombe plus où moins en ruine par manque d'entretien. C'est vraiment dommage.
