L’appartement était conforme aux photos, propre visuellement et bien décoré. L’emplacement est très pratique : il y a plein de commerces, snacks et restaurants aux alentours, et une station de métro juste à l’entrée du parking. La climatisation dans le salon a bien rafraîchi tout l’espace quand on la laissait tourner pendant nos sorties. Globalement, on a passé un bon séjour malgré quelques défauts.
Il y avait pas mal d’insectes (cafards et fourmis), surtout dans la cuisine, ce qui empêchait de laisser de la nourriture dehors. La clim fuyait beaucoup, on a dû mettre deux récipients pour récupérer l’eau. Le Wifi ne marchait pas. Les fenêtres sont mal isolées, donc on entendait le bruit des voitures dès 6h du matin. Il y a une latte de lit qui est cassé, certain poignet de porte cassé, les petits dressing aussi ils ont l’air fragile. Il faudrait aussi remplacer le rideau de douche, changer l’ampoule des toilettes. Faudrait peut être ajouter un petit ventilateur dans chaque chambre même un modèle simple à 20 € pour plus de confort et d’intimité, surtout quand on voyage en couple ( C’est pour éviter de laisser la porte de chambre ouvert ).
En résumé, l’appartement a un bon potentiel mais mériterait un vrai traitement contre les insectes et quelques petites réparations pour être au top.
Malgré tout ça, ces désagréments ne nous ont pas empêchés de profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Marseille.

Very close to the metro.
Nice enough appartment once inside.
Not expensive for what it was.
Private parking.
Shops close by.
The air conditioning did not work (The company suggested we reset it) but it still did not work.
The appartment was lacking a tea towel to wipe up crockery. An oven glove to get hot food out the oven. There was no hand towel and no bath mat when getting out the shower. I had to buy one to stop us slipping on the wet tiles. The shower curtain was very dirty. These are small but necessary items. I contacted the company but they did not reply.

The size of the apartment and that is very close to the subway that bring you in only 20 minutes at downtown.
It is not so clean and the toilet very old. There are not enough forks and knifes for all of us( we were 5 with 4 forks and 4 knifes). Not a towel in the kitchen. No a good knife for the preparation of meal.
Beds are terrible to sleep on

It was clean and fully equipped. Many places to park . The apartment was 🌞. 15 mints by car, and you will be at the heart of marseille. There is a metro near as well
No lift. It was really difficult to find the gate to enter.
