The environment was neat. Had value for money paid, but there are few complaints that will affect customers patronage going forward if not immediately addressed
Their are guest making noise in the early hours of the morning apparently they were coming from club... Hotel should prevail on their guest to respect other guests.. . The bathroom is too small and water was splashing into the rooms... Their was no intercom in the room. Needed to walk to the reception each time I needed to get anything. The TV wasn't working. Technician was called to fix the TV . said TV was to watch netflix account of netflix wasn't available to logon. My wife and I were watching the ceiling for a room of 50k is totally unacceptable.
