Everything the place, facilities, staff very accommodating.
Very far from the city proper, but it is accessible to the schools.

-Location in a very busy part of Davao, always easy to get a taxi for your daily transportation close to shopping malls, restaurants, super markets etc.
-Safety of premises with 24/7 security available always friendly and willing to assist.
-Advance and better communication is highly required to get access to the appartment.
-Flat was rather congested with over numbered furniture making it a heavily distracting environment to breath and even if it was two-bedroom space, it was difficult to find space for our stuff.
