I would rate the standard of the new unit itself as a 7/10, but misleading guests on key issues is unacceptable. I do not recommend it.
The stay was a major disappointment due to numerous discrepancies with the listing: Location: The apartment was at a different address, and the photos in the ad showed a completely different place. Parking: There was no private parking as promised—only paid public parking was available. Comfort: The room was cold, and the air conditioner was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. It seems it's converted shop or so. Cleanliness: This left much to be desired.
