Posizione tranquilla e comoda, 15 minuti dalla stazione, fuori dalle zone altamente frequentate dai turisti ma con locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, appartamento pulito, biancheria perfetta.

La zona esterna ha un grande potenziale, da migliorare con altri vasi con siepi e fiori.

- The location on a quiet Fondamenta in Cannaregio, less than 5 min walk to more busy areas - Place was clean - Everything that was listed in the amenities was there (including a washing machine which was working well)

- The communication was erratic - I had to remind several times that I hadn’t received the check-in link, the link was sent through WhatsApp, not Booking at first; no responses to my questions about the access to Venice tax and exemptions from it due to staying and paying the city tax; information about trash collection was incorrect and detailed info came too late. When I tried to call, noone picked up and there was an automatic responded. - There is no real key to the apartment, at all times it needs to be unlocked with a link that requires a good internet connection to work. The internet connection in the building is not great, so in several occasions we needed to try unlocking 2-5 times before it worked. Unclear what to do if left without a working phone. - While all the amenities were there, there were none of the things that would make the stay more comfortable - not even coffee, salt, laundry detergent etc., we had to buy these things for our 3 night stay and leave them in the apartment barely used. - The pictures in the listing make the place look larger and nicer than it is - the canal view is from the street where the building entrance is, not the apartment, the “terrace” is basically a fenced part of the yard that everyone living in the building walks past, the entrance to the apartment is directly into the living room, next to the sofa. Nothing bad, just from the photos we expected a slightly more comfortable layout for 3 people. - Generally for this price it is possible to find better equipped or slightly more spacious places in Venice, this did not seem like great value for money.

Super ruhige Gegend, sehr schönes Mosaik-Bad, zwei Zimmer, bequeme Betten, recht viel Platz

Etwas dunkel, wenig Beleuchtung bzw Glühbirnen kaputt, Rollo innen ist sehr fummelig zu bedienen- ein Vorhang wäre geeigneter als Sichtschutz und liesse mehr Licht rein, Türöffnung mittels Mobiltelefon funktioniert nur, wenn man im Apartement das Internetmodem eingeschalten bzw angesteckt lässt..ein Schlüssel ist letzlich komfortabler und funktioniert zuverlässiger.

Services déshumanisé. Pas averti lors de la réservation que toutes les ouvertures de portes sont digitalisées et qu'on me verra personne - donc sans connexion internet, impossible. Difficile de trouver l'appartement dans l'immeuble de location, car pas d'indication. Femme de ménage peu sympathique et encore présente à notre arrivée, ne parlant pas la langue. On doit faire notre check-in à l'avance par internet , payer la taxe d'entrée à Venise et la taxe de séjour soit-même et par internet en plus du prix de base. C'est à nous de jeter les differentes poubelles en fonction du tri à des jours differents de la semaine.
