Great homestay. I would give our host 10/10. Very helpful and excellent communication. I like a soft bed. It wasn’t over soft but he gave us extra pillows. Very comfortable. The bedding and towels were clean and soft.
It does say tea and coffee making facilities. There wasn’t any. However Lloyd made us both every morning🤗
We stayed on the roof top. Lloyd is renovating. Our room/ the walls were a little tired and dusty. It will be great when he finishes.
Great location easy walk to Fort, shops, restaurants etc. We did a tuk -tuk tour for 200r….. he did stop at a couple of shops but we didn’t buy anything. About 2.5 hours. Great value.

Lloyd is extremely nice and helpful!
The mattress was very hard (but might be exchanged).
It was quite a walk from Fort Kochi.

The price of this guest house is really cheap accompanied with an air conditioner. The owner kindly took me to the restaurant in the centre of Fort Kochi with his motor cycle. Nice view from the rooftop which has a penthouse where you will stay.
As the price was really cheap compared to other hotels, I was agree to pay more money than the price of Booking com. (Other hotels also needed extra to pay for Air Conditioner, for example )
But I didn't like the way he wrote the price of the receipt lower than the price I actually paid, And he didn't give me the change for it.
There was no toilet paper in the bath room. You need to take Tuk Tuk to go to eat something.
