I enjoyed the space. The ease of parking and the area the house was in. Close proximity to everything I needed.
I enjoy a cool space and cooling down the house on the humid days took a while. Not a big deal.

Location was in a safe residential area. Quiet and accessible to shopping.
The lawn needed mowing. Grass was too tall to lounge outside. Ant infestation in the kitchen. The area rug in the living room was heavily soiled. The website stated that the property had driveway parking for 2 vehicles. It only had street parking.

The hospitality was very good, and the hostess was very accommodating as well as attentive. The house is clean, and the location is not too far from National Mall.
There aren't any televisions in the guest rooms. However, this did allow my family and I to indulge in daytime movies as well as have movie nights. Overall, it wasn't too bad not to have a television in the room.
