スタッフさん親切でした。
自転車旅行でしたので、フロントで自転車を預かっていただきとても助かりました
料金が明日安いので仕方ないと思いますが、食事があまり美味しくなかったです。残念

Price is reasonable for single room and for one person as most of onsen hotels prefer two or group of friends or family to share one room. So my room is like a smaller business hotel room

The staff were very sweet and helpful
The room was not clean at all. I had black socks that got a lot of dust after 20 minutes in the room. Another thing is that it took about 20 minutes by a taxi to the hotel from Aizu Wakamatsu train station. We wish they had a shuttle bus.

"Amazing buffet breakfast and dinner - all you can eat and drink (beer/sake etc). The staff were lovely, and room was spacious and comfortable. Onsen was excellent, especially enjoyed the outdoor bath!"
