Ausstattung der Wohnung war modern und ansprechend
Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Kommunikation über ein KI gesteuertes Tool. telefonische Hotline nicht erreichbar bei Problemen. Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ungenügend, Schimmel in der Dusche, eine Kakerlake und mehrere Ohrenpitscher gesichtet. Tapete löste sich im Schlafzimmer von der Wand in einer Ecke
