-great location -lots of restaurants downstairs on the same street. -amazing ocean view -a convenient store near by -it has a nice share living room and kitchen. Guests can use the fridge and microwave. There's also water filter provided. - It provided towels and toothbrushes. -Beach is right at the door.
-narrow stairs with no elevator. -there were a lot of mosquitoes and other bugs

The location in Sanzhi is good directly on the beach with a sea view
The property only has one room on each floor that has a sea view and an attached private washroom. Advertising the washroom in the common area as private exterior washroom is misleading. it is a shared washroom. Parking on Hwy 2 in Sanzhi is an fatal accident waiting to happen. Parking across the street as suggested by the owners is just as unsafe due to dangerous no light crosswalks. Somebody will get killed
