The location was great, close to our favourite restaurants on Gouger Street and the business we had to attend to for our stay. The views were stunning. Bedding was clean. It had most things we needed for our stay. Overall I was content with most of the facilities. I loved the pool.
I found the couch smelt like dirty butt crack. Cigarette butts were left out on the balcony. The outside table was filthy. No tea towels to dry dishes were available. The dish sponges provided were old scrappy ones. The toilet seat was broken, so my husband fixed that. The shower was mouldy. There was dust in corners and on top of tiles, dirty walls. The kitchen could have done with a more thorough clean. The place just needs a really good deep clean. My husband cleaned the air conditioning filter as it wasn't working as well as it could be, and that was filthy.
