Location and modernness.
Put a Xmas tree in for us.
Ski passes were waiting for us in the apartment.
Ski locker was tiny and there was no room for boots.
Nowhere to sit in the locker room to put boots on.
Apartment was very dusty, particularly the floor and we needed to vacuum.

Lovely decor, well equipped. 2 main bedroom, beds comfortable. Nice welcome gift. Good communication with agent. Very handy to shops, restaurants, ski hire and lifts. Everything you would need. The whole building is lovely and spotless. Good seating for dinning and 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Would stay again
Third bedroom bunkbeds aren't really suitable for adults as they are not sturdy, very low to the ground and mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. Sofa area, for 6 adults isn't really big enough for everyone to relax. Maybe a beanbag which could be stored away in a cupboard might be an idea. But this is me being very picky.

No luggage store on check out and and the boot room was has no seats
