    I visited Hyderabad from Bangalore where in I reached hotel at 8am, But hotel informed me at check in is at 12 pm, I don't understand why both hotel and Agoda assume that a person travelling from other city will check in at 12pm instead of

    It was quite a surprise, this visit, to La Hometel Hotel, Hyderabad. The hotel restaurant operates only in the afternoon and remains closed for rest of the day. I booked this place mainly for the restaurant as it had a decent menu, very tea and coffee and reasonable pricing. Now the story is different and a few restaurants nearby have closed too. Not sure of the reason but now getting food is a little at this place. The room was decent but the washroom tap remains running all the time; one has to operate the bibcock below, to turn it on and off. Outside food is allowed. One has to depend on it most of the times. The hotel provides with cutlery. The room is quite small but for the price got it, I consider it ok. Otherwise the prices are quite high. The place has changed greatly in 3 years!

    There were bugs in the bed, bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty , after complaint the room got changed but condition of the new room also same, staffs were polite but this hotel needs to upgrade itself
