    The facility is aging and exhibits poor cleanliness and maintenance standards The service fee appears to include unitemized and undisclosed charges, which were not clearly communicated in advance. The service fee was paid in advance, although the corresponding service has not yet been rendered

    I paid for 2 rooms in full through your app, but upon arrival, they charged me an additional PHP 400 ( PHP 200 Per room) for service fees, which I wasn’t aware of. Furthermore, the hotel’s wifi policy contradicts what was stated in your app FREE WIFI as I was charged for wifi usage via vendo machine. Must update the misleading information.
