so we booked a twin room but the staff provided us one big bed. they told us that they dont have twin bed .. so whatever. so the room provided to us is cold-well ventilate, but its somewhat dirty—the linen has stains, there is trash inside trash can (maybe they didnt clean the trash nor the room i dont know) and what bothers us are the MOSQUITOS!! its everywhere and its pretty annoying. really. i dont know where it comes from, we asked the staff if we can be transferred to different room, but told us that there is no available room. but asked if they can atleast spray some mosquito repellent inside the room. however the next day, mosquitos came back again. its really soooo annoying!! really!!
sometimes there is no staff available at the counter. also wifi is weak and unstable. door lock is busted, its hard to lock.
i will definitely not recommend this accommodation, its cheap but worst. if you have extra budget, go find somewhere better for comfort.

We read all previous reviews and still decided to stay here because we needed to get enchanted tickets that next morning.
The staff Christy or kristy (not sure on sp?) was wonderful and smiling! She is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. Seems like the owner does not care about hotel because people book anyway for lack of options. The room was clean and the linens smelled clean. The only redeeming qualities.
Now for the 1 star... the smell. The smell in our room the moment the aircon turned on was so overwhelming we literally slept with towels over our face. It was not from the room not being cleaned - it is whatever was coming from aircon AND drains (along with lots of drain flies) 100% unacceptable and felt dangerous.
When we arrived we were told this was the only room available (even though we only saw 1 other guest and only 1 other car) so we did not try to change rooms. We just slept with towels and left first thing in the morning.
Honestly, this hotel should be condemned. We will NEVER stay at a RedDoorz again... this was just too horrific (and we are easy going people.)
This was also the first time we have ever seen someone have to flip on aircon and electricity from another part of hotel.. and once the ac was on - there was no way to turn it off. weird. They are trying to conserve every penny. Urinal in your face when you sit on the toilet - not fun either, or sanitary.
all in all... we thought we knew what we were getting in to based on other reviews.... that toxic smell was ridiculous.
