    so we booked a twin room but the staff provided us one big bed. they told us that they dont have twin bed .. so whatever. so the room provided to us is cold-well ventilate, but its somewhat dirty—the linen has stains, there is trash inside trash can (maybe they didnt clean the trash nor the room i dont know) and what bothers us are the MOSQUITOS!! its everywhere and its pretty annoying. really. i dont know where it comes from, we asked the staff if we can be transferred to different room, but told us that there is no available room. but asked if they can atleast spray some mosquito repellent inside the room. however the next day, mosquitos came back again. its really soooo annoying!! really!! sometimes there is no staff available at the counter. also wifi is weak and unstable. door lock is busted, its hard to lock. i will definitely not recommend this accommodation, its cheap but worst. if you have extra budget, go find somewhere better for comfort.

    Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The first room assigned to us was not clean and had a bad smell, which made us uncomfortable and has so many mosquitos. Thankfully, the staff were accommodating and agreed to transfer us to another room. However, the second room also had an issue — there were mosquitoes inside the room, which was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. We appreciate the staff’s willingness to assist, but the cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms need significant improvement. We expected a much better experience for the price we paid.
