    They serve limitwd food on Breakfast Buffet. Stayed with family for three days, same food every day. They have very limited option for childrens

    The hotel infrastructure is good, staff in housekeeping, f&b service good. The hotel is run very poorly. It's likely okay for people who do not see or understand what good service looks or feels like. 1. Room 410. Phone does not dial room service either pre set or 121, for 4 days I was calling reception asking RS to call back. No one bothered to get this repaired. 2. The fridge/cooler did not work, technician said it's ok, I told him it's not get a temporary check equipment and check, it should be close to 4 deg, it was not. Then fridge was changed. 3. Asked for chilled bottle of water in room, was told bar is closed so we can't get it. 4. Finally at checkout desk says they can't give me a bill because it was booked online via booking app. After few calls only then I got the bill. 5. The location is extremely busy, noisy, most definitely not a place for one to pay and stay in 5 star hotel. As a career hotelier who knows and has been running world class hotels I felt this was a great hotel infrastructure, junior staff are willing what it misses is passion for excellence from management. Looking at the guest profile, hotel looked busy, numerous local mid level corporate business so occupancy must be good hugely missing drive for excellence.
