    It's difficult to get around in Auroville. This place is peaceful and relaxing and comfortable. Bed is comfy, hot water and water provided. There's no resturant on the property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay for a few nights.

    They gave us a much smaller room with lesser amenities than what we had booked on Agoda. They came up with all kinds of excuses and lies and eventually we had to pay almost twice the amount to get what we wanted after a little bargaining. We were there only for two nights,, so didn’t want to waste our time haggling with them instead of enjoying our vacation. Even the guy from whom we hired a bike (not through them) and were afraid might not return the deposit was so much more honest, because he delivered what he promised and kept his word. Although the room looks good in pictures, it has cheap furniture and interiors. It is on the fourth floor, there is no lift and if you’ve ordered anything, usually the delivery guys refuse to climb up. We were looking for a place amidst greenery with good connectivity to nearby beaches and Auroville, but you can easily find much better deals nearby without getting conned.
