    The hot water doesn’t work. No toilet paper. No wash clothes, the towels suck. And there are small bugs on the floor.

While the location is decent, there is room for improvement in cleanliness. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience.     Frequent loss of water, toilet not discharging properly, no internet during my whole stay and there's nothing done to make it up to the guests. I'm surprised that the hotel is always full, not sure if the staffs are letting friends or relatives use some rooms for free when most of their facilities are not working properly. There's even feces in the toilet when I checked in to the room and its not even the twin room that i booked from agoda. I also can't get a grab car from the hotel's location. Such terrible experiences led me to find another hotel on the 5th day.
