    We revisited Raama after a few years we didn't, it was a very nice experience. room is very spacious and well maintained.

    As such the staff of the Hotel was cooperative,but the SWAD restaurant which they have in the basement is not OK. The staff is the restaurant is not welcoming. We have complimentary breakfast there but the staff in the restaurant does not communicate and tell us what is in the breakfast. It seems that they dont want us to have the benefit of the breakfast. Very unprofessional sort of people. The SWAD restaurant was basic .There is no other restaurants nearby..so people dont have option. I raised the complaint with the Manager. Not sure if they they change their attitude towards their guests.
