About this apartment rental
Great property, fully restored and in awesome shape. Amazing views from every window and unit is adjacent to the pool and jacuzzi area for the complex. 2 other pools available as well as tennis courts for your enjoyment.
2nd story unit, walk into a dining area and center of the unit. A large living room furnished with comfortable soft goods to your right. Living room has a large 65" Roku TV.

Came to Palm springs for short visit. This place was so clean, so comfortable and close to everything. Steve was awesome. I would 100%stay again!!!

The online description matched the property as we found it. This is not always the case. The property was well presented, in a quiet location, conveniently situated in Palm Springs. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the property. We would visit it again.

This property is in a similar location to where we've rented before. Close-ish to downtown but away from busy streets. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well-stocked. Previous years we've stayed in a lower but we liked the upper because for safety we could open our windows or the patio door and not worry about someone coming inside. Having two balconies was great, and the one off the smaller bedroom overlooks the pool. The grounds on the property are beautiful. It also borders the Prescott preserve and there are lots of walking paths nearby.
In terms of communication, the owner was great. It was very easy to check in and he offered us lots of tips for the area. We hit a number of his restaurant recommendations and loved them!
I will try and rent from them again!
