Villa Belvedere, a little paradise on the picturesque Dalmatian coast, is an exquisite vacation home for lovers of tranquility, nature, fresh air, clean beaches, and close proximity to tourist attractions, the most beautiful Dalmatian towns, beaches, and national parks.
The beautiful and modern Villa Belvedere features four stunning vacation apartments and is situated on a 1,200 m² property in a wonderful natural setting. In the garden, you’ll find a brand-new, chlorine-free saltwater pool (heated) with an outdoor kitchen and two lounges, all offering fantastic ocean views across the entire bay and of the islands of Drvenik, Šolta, Vis, and the smaller islets.
All apartments feature their own private terraces where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and the garden. The following amenities are also available to our guests:
shared pool and summer kitchen with a De’Longhi espresso machine, 2 lounges, BBQ, table tennis, foosball, ice machine, storage room, beach mats and umbrellas, masks, fins, and children’s swimming gear in various sizes.
An extra-large freezer is also available.
The location of Villa Belvedere is the perfect starting point for exploring Dalmatia. Located right on the sea in a beautiful, quiet bay with lovely beaches, just 5 km from the UNESCO city of Trogir, 15 km from Split Airport, 30 km from Split, and 60 km from Šibenik and Krka National Park.
In the bay of Seget Vranjica, there are several traditional Dalmatian restaurants, all right on the water, two beach bars, two small supermarkets, a bakery, and taxi boats to Trogir, Medena Resort, Seget Donji, and the surrounding islets!
Seget Vranjica is an ideal starting point for walks along the coast. Right in front of the villa, the path runs along the sea for 5 km to Seget Donji
. It’s also an ideal starting point for excursions to Trogir, Split, Primošten, Šibenik, Krka National Park, the Kornati Islands, and the islands of Drvenik, Hvar, Brač, and Vis.
The beautiful beaches of Seget Vranjica are just a few minutes’ walk from the villa.
Four bicycles (free of charge) and a 150 hp motorboat are available for our guests—price upon request.
The villa has 8 private, shaded parking spaces.
Seget Vranjica Bay features a variety of beaches along its 500-meter-long coastline. The bay’s most beautiful beaches are located 100 m from the villa.
We are a cheerful family with a wealth of knowledge and a love for our country, which we’d be happy to share with you.
We all speak excellent German.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with towels and an amazing view. The swimming pool and kitchen area was brilliant with a long table where we made and ate our own lunch most days. Handy for the beach and restaurants and easy to get taxis to explore further afield

The Property is ideal for a quiet getaway but close to bustling Trogir and Split. Very clean and the new pool/chill out area is great. Our host Danko lives on the premises and is very helpful and constantly plied us with his wife's homemade cakes ( along with sherry and slivovic). The views from the apartment balcony are amazing and the beach is just a five minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a mini kitchen by the pool with a lovely seating area. The town itself was quiet (In September) with just four restaurant's and four bars but its easy to pop on a water taxi to Trogir.The family that own the apartments also have a tour company that I can highly recommend
