We were visiting family in st.petersburg that was not able to accommodate us sleeping. We found this spot and by far the best stay I've had ever. Everything was clean and nice, jacuzzi was great. Nice price and the beds were very comfortable. Even only for our one night stay I now will be rebooking here if I ever want to make a trip to St. Petersburg

Pros: Close to major attractions, sleeps many people, has a hot tub, affordable
This property was underwhelming to me. The neighborhood is not the greatest; I never felt unsafe, but it wasn’t the nicest. The house is very old and it looks like the back porch was converted into a bedroom, and the carpet in there looked like it was holding tons of moisture and was disgusting looking. There were no extra pillows, blankets, tissues provided, so be sure to bring your own. One of the beds was adjustable/electric and very uncomfortable and unstable feeling. For the most part the place was clean, but some of the more hidden places (window sills, air vent, under the bed) were filthy. I would not stay here again.
I did bring all of these concerns up with property management, so hopefully they will be addressed soon and other guests will have a better stay.

When we arrived, the lights weren’t working in two different rooms. We were able to put a lightbulb in the one room because it didn’t have one, but never got the living room light to work. The house had a funny smell to it and even though we are charged a steep cleaning fee the place wasn’t very clean. The floors had dust, tissues, safety pins, and a lid to a gatorade bottle and there was trash in the trash can when we arrived. The couch had a kids toy stuffed in one of the cushions and our bed had a really big stain on the comforter (I don’t even want to know what it was from) so I think they either need to cut the cleaning fee in half or hire someone to do a better job.
Check in was very simple and the host responded promptly. He let us have a “late” checkout at 11 because the original time is 10am and I feel that’s a bit early. The jacuzzi was nice but overall the quality didn’t meet the price point.
