Bayville Shores offers wonderful amenities with large and kiddie pools, kids playground and fitness center, volleyball, tennis, basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, fishing pier and boat ramp all within a short walking distance. Amenities also include central air conditioning, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, gas fireplace, 2 TVs, WiFi, gas grill, lower-level den, plus 2nd level deck with amazing water views! Fantastic views of the Assawoman Bay. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. The house and furniture are really nice. The check-in process was dated in the need to get a key to and from the realtor which was painful in the beach traffic. Would be easier a door code for entry like other VRBOs. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning, or even better, an update and organization of the kitchen equipment if you plan to cook while there as we did. But none of this got in the way of having a great time at this rental. The community and its amenities are lovely!!
