About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the 8th floor of the popular Benal Beach complex, which is directly on the beach. The apartment is next to our other apartment and is therefore also very suitable if you are two families traveling together. The terraces are south facing and have sun all day. Both terraces are fully equipped with everything you could want in terms of garden furniture; Dining table with 6 chairs, lounge sofa and two sun loungers. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and electric BBQ.
Both apartments can accommodate 4 people.
The apartments are registered and approved for rental by the Spanish authorities according to new Spanish law. The apartments comply with Spanish regulations for Covid-19.
The apartments include access to a large enclosed garden with 5 swimming pools, several water slides, pool bar, cafeteria, games room, small supermarket and 24-hour reception.
It is also possible to purchase access to a large fitness center and indoor spa.

• 150 m to fine sandy beach
• 10 min walk to large supermarket with fish delicatessen
• 2 min walk to Parque la Paloma with large playground and many plants
• Car is not necessary
• Lots of good restaurants within walking distance

Apartment was spotless , everything catered for and really well equipped . The terrace is amazing (unfortunately we hardly got to use it because of the wind ) really close to bars and restaurants , the complex itself on some other site reviews were not particularly good , those reviews don’t accurately reflect the complex , really clean , grounds are lovely , pool was clean and a nice place to be . I would definitely recommend the property and can see us booking again . Thank you

Wonderful stay at this great apartment.Very clean; easy communication with apartment manager and owners. Well situated, private setting and nicely furnished with all amenities. The washing machine wasn't working on our arrival but once mentioned, a brand new one was installed within 24 hours!Looking forward to another stay! :-)

This is a beautiful apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Perfect sun trapped balcony, although this can get very windy at times but you can go round the pool, which is fabulous, and pay for a sun lounger. Bright and pleasant apartment with everything you need for selfcatering. Big sunny terrace with amazing seaviews and fully furnitured. Next to Parque the Paloma so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper or you will wake up with the rooster at 5 am. Beside from that a quiet location. Any problems will be attended to. Very good communication with the owner. Good wifi for streaming and gaming for the young ones. Will stay here again.
