A beautiful house with stunning views across the valley. Pool and barbecue are were perfect. The town is walkable although it’s a bit steep walking back! There’s a bakery, butchers, small supermarket and a bar/pizza place. Easy travel to Braga and the coast - both less than an hour away. Fantastic!

Our weekend in Caldelas was perfect thanks to this amazing property and having everything we needed at our fingertips. Joaquina and Joca were wonderful hosts, there whenever we needed them and very helpful. Plus they left us a whole bunch of fruit, wine and food that was above and beyond what we expected! We went with a group of five young people and found it difficult to leave the house due to the heated jacuzzi, and outdoor BBQ. There was plenty of space, a supermarket very close by and the house was easy to find from the directions Joaquina gave us. I'd recommend it to any large group or family...it really has everything you need and makes for a dream stay in Portugal!
