About this apartment rental
Our Dornröschen 2 property features a 70-square-meter, 3-room vacation apartment. It is located on the lower floor of the building and can be reached via a few steps from the parking lot. The vacation apartment features a private entrance, a large south-facing balcony, a spacious living room with a dining area, a separate built-in kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher, a large bedroom and a separate small children’s room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.
Vacation Apartment 7 can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Wi-Fi and a parking space on the property are available.
Bed linens and hand towels are included in all apartments. You must bring your own shower towels and beach towels!

Dear Guests, due to the challenging situation regarding the cleaning of the vacation apartments and the excessive price demands from cleaning companies, we are forced to take a new approach to final cleaning.
As a guest, you will receive a clean and tidy vacation rental, and on the day of departure, you will return the vacation rental to us in the same condition as when you received it—security deposit: €100.00. (Except for New Year’s Eve bookings—no security deposit, but a €50.00 final cleaning fee applies)
We provide the necessary cleaning supplies and detergents.
The Dornröschen House was built in 1999. In this building, we offer six modern two-room apartments, each featuring a living room (with a kitchenette), a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a hallway. An extra bed can be added to each apartment. Apartments 1 and 2 have a terrace, and Apartment 5 has a balcony. Each apartment features Wi-Fi and a private parking space. The house is in a quiet location, and some apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea.
Upon arrival, the tourist tax (as per applicable regulations) and a security deposit of €100.00 (for final cleaning and any damage to the vacation apartment) must be paid—the security deposit will be refunded upon departure after the apartment has been inspected.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is available from 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
