About this house rental

Location location
Quite and safe townhouse in Irvine in a gated community. Features 3 bedroom and two and a half bathroom. Very well designed. Family room with a fire place, Dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and a laundry room are in the first floor.
All bedrooms are upstairs along with two full bathrooms
.attached is a two car private garage.
Beautiful relaxing backyard with an outdoor furniture.
Guest will have access to the community pool hot tub, and the basketball court inside the gated community. Guest will have access to the Olympic pool in meadowood park " one of the largest parks in Irvine". Tennis courts, volleyball courts, soccer fields, kids areas and BBQ.
