This is the second time we have stayed at Jeff's property. It is always a very joyous occasion for our family as we spend the holidays and an entire month on the beach! Jeff has everything you need including chairs, a wagon toys for the beach and pool towels for the heated pool. The house is perfect. The outdoor screened in porch is one of our favorite areas where we spend many evenings watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine. Morning, coffee is also very enjoyable on the porch. The neighborhood is very clean and peaceful. We enjoy many walks around the neighborhood. The beach is a short distance from the house which we always pack up the wagon with our stuff and spend the day at. Publix is half a mile from the house and is an easy walk if you are just picking up a few things. Our favorite places to eat are fresh catch by Publix and flippers in lovers key. We cannot wait to return next year!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house only minutes from the beach. Great location, wonderful, swimming, pool, comfortable and beautifully decorated house. We will definitely be back for another vacation. Thank you so much Jeff.
