The property is as pictured and described. It was easy to get to, convenient to shops and parks, and nearly soundproof. It is in very close proximity to the neighbors, so there is really no privacy on the deck, but they are all very friendly. The neighborhood is extremely safe. The host is very responsive. One thing to note - the garage is tiny in width. My Honda Ridgeline only fit with the side mirrors turned in; a larger truck won't fit at all. There is free parking on site other than the garage.
