Nice holiday house, 3 storeys, above Makarska, in the district of Veliko brdo 2.5 km from the centre of Makarska, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 2.0 km from the sea-beach, in the countryside, south facing position (Car advised). Private: grounds 1300 m2 (fenced), big garden and barbecue. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 800 m, restaurant 200 m. The house is situated at the edge of an olive grove. Magnificant view on the city, islands and the sea. Welcome !
Accomodation: 4-room apartment cca 90 m2 on the first floor, modern and comfortable: 2 bedroom with double bed and Air Condition (one room is equipped with additional bed (sofa 140*200)) , 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with direct entrance on terace (east), big veranda as living room on south, own table in the garden. Ideal for those who want to avoid summer fuss and crowd, but still spend their vacation nearby active summer city with a lot to offer.

This property was perfect for our young family. It had everything we needed and close to all amenities we wanted to explore while on vacation. The Elberta Dunes are footsteps away and just one of the many must see's!

We had a lot of fun staying in this little house! It was cozy and the owners did everything they could to keep us happy! We had a problem with the TV and they helped us fix it right away! We had a GREAT time taking hikes on the trail down the road from the house! My boys and I had a great time here. ☺️

The property and accommodation were lovely. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and furnishings were of a good quality and very clean. Use of the garden and bbq was available. The apartment is close to a great restaurant, (Grill Panorama), and fantastic walks and views.
The owner provided lots of ideas for things to do in the area, such as Dubrovnik, the islands, Mostar
This is a great base for exploring this part of Croatia. Transport is definitely required but there is ample parking at the apartment.
A lovely quiet place for a fantastic holiday.
