Guest access
You have your own complete residence with digital entrance.
-Living room/ full kitchen, 50" smart tv
-Master bedroom with king size bed
-bunkbeds (middle bedroom) p.s. we have beds for Mum, Dad, and 2 sibs. There's room for your 3rd child to be comfortable too, with the pull-out mattress under the bottom bunk.
-Full bathroom with tub for the little ones.
-Your unit is completely private with its own driveway. However, this property is a family setting and we do not allow additional guests or gatherings. Thank you.
Other things to note
The view from your porch overlooks the farm where I grew up riding horses. My grandfather has been working this farm and haying the fields since he moved here as a boy in 1940. He still enjoys sharing that he had the first baler in Grafton County.
Your space is over the 3-car garage at the far end of our home. You have your own driveway/parking and private entrance through your own porch with a hot tub. There's plenty of room to park your 4-up snowmobile trailer (or boat trailer in the summer) and detach it too, so you can go downtown for some steaks, pizza, or Thai food. I hope you enjoy. -Amy

This place is everything shown on the listing and even better. It was so clean and comfortable. The decor was lovely - soothing and calm colors. We have stayed at a number of places over the past 3 years, and this is the first place that we have rented that was as promised and was really really clean - the floors, the bathroom, the baseboards, the kitchen and dishes, the fridge - all clean. In addition, there are rules to keep things lovely and serene - like taking off shoes near the door. I highly, highly recommend this cozy place to stay.

We came up to this property primarily to ride Northern New Hampshire. We have a Polaris Slingshot that we trailered. The property allowed us to park our trailer and use it as a garage. This is a gorgeous spot on a generations old family farm that is still active growing and harvesting hay. The views are beautiful, and although above a 3 car garage, it is very private. My first impression walking in was that this place is larger than I anticipated. The living room/kitchen/dining area is very comfortable. The bedrooms are good sized, and not cramped. There is absolutely no efficiency apartment feel to the space. It’s very clean and decorated beautifully. Snowmobilers must love it here because a Corridor trail runs through the property on the front side. Gravel driveway off the main road to the property set back and behind woods far enough that there is no road noise. Our Slingshot had no problem on this driveway, and it’s not dusty. Dave met us as we pulled in. He gave me a brief history of the farm which is quite interesting with family members living all across the sprawling farm. I would give Dave & Amy and this spot 6 stars if I could! We loved our week up here in this area on the Northern edge of the Lakes Region. The hosts gave us a personal list and reviews of restaurants & pubs in the area. Make sure you get this because their reviews proved to be spot on! My wife and I are pub hoppers, and this area is great for that! We’ll be back next year!!
