The terrace overlooking the lake offers the possibility to enjoy the sun admiring our splendid lake on hot summer days, and to sip a nice glass of red wine at sunset while admiring the lake as it takes on the splendid warm colors of the sunset.
Internally, the bright living room offers the ideal place for a relaxing break with tasteful furniture and a comfortable double sofa bed. The apartment is completed by an equipped kitchenette to be able to try your hand at preparing Italian dinners. The master bedroom offers a spectacular view of the lake and the opposite shore where the famous Bellagio, the "pearl of the lake", is located. The bathroom, furnished with clean and clear lines, is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The external color of the structure, a beautiful yellow that recalls summer, makes this small corner of serenity unique and recognizable among the other adjacent properties.
