- a closed cabin with 2 bunk beds of 90cm and wardrobe,
- a redone bathroom, with bath and shower, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine from season 2026-2027, separate toilet,
-a living room of 20m2, view of the mountain, the resort of Les Arcs, with electric shutters, kitchen area and central island, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, table-top fridge freezer, and induction hob, with a table and 6 chairs, 3 stools, sofa bed for 2 people, smart TV, wifi access,
-a master bedroom with double bed and recent 140cm memory foam mattress (power outlets and mini USB at the head of the bed), individual bedside lamps, television, and window with electric shutter and mountain view
A deposit of 1000€ for damage, and another of 85€ will be requested on arrival and returned at the end of the stay if no damage is noted
Cleaning included
Dishes must be clean and tidy, garbage cans and dishwasher must be emptied
It is also possible to rent linen at Les Clés de la Rosière (sheets, duvet covers, towels)
Arrival is after 5 p.m., departure before 10 a.m
The keys are to be collected at the Clés de la Rosière (conciergerie) located on the first floor of the building
Don't forget to bring mattress and duvet covers, pods for the dishwasher

BY ACCEPTING THIS CONTRACT, I AGREE NOT TO STORE SKIS IN THE APARTMENT, NOR OUTSIDE (ONLY IN THE SKI LOCKER), NOT TO WALK IN THE COMMON AREAS WITH SKI BOOTS
