About this house rental
Ideal for a group of friends or small families, this recently renovated 1,842 sqft Tucson home on 1/2 acre is nestled at the base of the Catalina mountains with stunning back yard views and only 5 minutes away from the city. This house is the perfect base of operations for all your Tucson adventures.
Enjoy amazing mountain views every morning from the comfort of a recently renovated and updated Tucson Home, where breathtaking sunsets are a daily occurrence. House is located against a wash easement so you have an unobstructed view of the mountains and sometimes the local wildlife.
Our house will sleep up to 7 people comfortably. We can also provide a few cots with mattresses for an additional $25 per person per stay just if requested.

It was a beautiful property with every possible need planned for. The kitchen is legitimately fully stocked. We found EVERYTHING we needed, including a little frother for lattes. I had to do some work on one of the days that we were there and I was surprised to find a complete workstation including a standing desk and an extra monitor with an HDMI cord to extend my desktop. The beds were very comfortable and everyone was able to have restful sleep. There were plenty of towels, pillows, extra linens and bedding. One of my priorities for when I stay somewhere is a comfortable living room/gathering place, and we were incredibly pleased with the setup at the house. The couch was big enough for us to sit together and talk comfortably.The views from both the front of the house and the back patio are exquisite. Watching the birds and the wildlife through the giant picture windows while enjoying my coffee was the perfect way to start my day. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting the home again.

the home is beautiful in a nice neighborhood. There were some special things throughout the home that made our stay even more enjoyable.The outdoor space was incredible with the sunset views of the Arizona mountains.The hosts were incredibly and Albert came to the rescue immediately when I inadvertently locked us out

Fantastic location in the Tanque Verde area. Close to Saguaro NP East, Sabino Canyon and the Catalina Highway drive to Mt. Lemmon. Still less than an hour to Saguaro NP West. Easy to get around. Great for our hiking adventures. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect backyard with stunning Mountain Views. Super clean house with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great hot showers. Super large and comfy sectional to relax on in the living room. Awesome outdoor space, including fire pit and grill with large outdoor table. Huge kitchen with pretty much anything you need readily available. Would be fantastic for a family or group of friends. Great communication with friendly hosts. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Tucson.
