This resort has tennis courts, pool, free parking, & BBQ area. S. Kihei offers world class beaches, shopping, dining, & more all within a short distance. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our stay was a fantastic way to begin our first and maybe only trip to Hawaii. It was very restful to be so close to the ocean, to be able to sit on the patio and enjoy the view every morning and evening. Location was ideal for heading in any direction to explore Maui. The condo itself was comfortable for our needs. The beach chairs were so helpful to have for the local beach and other areas as well. We liked being able to walk into town for cinnamon rolls, grocery and ice cream.

This first floor condo is fully equipped for a relaxing stay I. Maui. The location is excellent, across the street from Beach 3. My only suggestion is to replace the two beach chairs; one was broken and the other in very poor shape. We enjoyed the peaceful setting! The condo is very roomy for two people.

The condo is towards the front of the property and therefore a really quick walk to the beach. It has a nice lanai that overlooks the pool, but is still private. The condo is well furnished, and stocked. Although, a couple extra beach towels would have been helpful. It was unfortunate that the beach chairs were in broken condition and we had to go buy our own ias we didn’t hear back from management. We ended up offering to sell them to management, but they declined. Thankfully we were able to recoup partial amount through selling on Facebook marketplace.
