Per the HOA, this complex is "adults only." While children are welcome to visit under adult supervision, they are not permitted overnight.This community has a large parking lot that can accommodate a trailer or smaller recreational vehicle. Please Note: There are 3 additional units for rent in this community. You can find the other units by searching for Tranquil Trail Units 1, 3, 6, or 8, or give us a call to book!Streaming services will require a guest account to access.This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo. My wife and I enjoyed our 10 day stay. It was recently renovated with excellent amenities, eg, a modern kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. Other condo amenities include new furnishings throughout, updated bathrooms, and wide screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
The new HVAC system worked perfectly.
We look forward to our next stay.
