Come relax in this bright and beautiful townhome on hole ten of the Deep Creek golf course. Escape the cold winter months, enjoy a golf retreat, or soak up the sun on your family vacation. Spend your days relaxing on the screened lanai overlooking the golf course, or take a dip in the community pool just steps from your front door. Enjoy the second floor balcony for your morning coffee, or for sipping cocktails while watching the sun set over the golf course.
This two bedroom townhome has spacious second floor bedrooms (one queen, one with twin beds), each with a full bath and ample closet space. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a dining area, half bath, and a living room with a fold out queen bed. The large screened lanai has room for entertaining. This unit is family friendly: we provide a pack and play, high chair, inflatable toddler bed, and other items to make all members of your family feel at home.
While the townhome is located in the quiet and peaceful setting of Deep Creek, you are only minutes away from I-75, Walmart, Publix, restaurants, shops and hospitals. The Punta Gorda airport is 15 minutes away, Ft. Myers and Sarasota airports less than an hour. Also less than an hour away are a wide variety of attractions: beautiful beaches like Boca Grande and Siesta Key, historic Florida towns and landmarks, shopping and entertainment venues, state parks and nature preserves, and countless opportunities to birdwatch, fish, bicycle, kayak or canoe.
