As you walk through the front door of this vaulted, single-story flat, you immediately enter the laundry room with conveniently located washer and dryer. As you continue, you're met with a fully renovated/ equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tiled backsplash. Stepping into the living area, you'll notice its bright, spacious aesthetic with plenty of seating with a large, mounted Roku TV for friends and family to relax and enjoy. Directly off of the living room is the fully renovated bathroom with a beautifully tiled stand in shower and rain shower-head. Progressing down the long hallway, 3 spacious bedrooms reside on the righthand side, each uniquely decorated. The bedroom at the end of the hallway is the master which hosts king sized bed, a desk, and a walkout door to the private, fully furnished balcony.

The property was perfect for my daughter and I. We stayed here for the close proximity to walk to Crew Stadium for Sonic Temple. The apartment was exactly as listed on the add. The neighbourhood seemed perfectly safe.The apartment has plenty of space and a tonne of cooking/eating utensils if you want to cook meals.The only discrepancy between the property listing and the check-in instructions was the check-out time. The listing stated 11am but the instructions we received at check-in stated 10am. We took this up with the owner who allowed us to check out at 11am.All in all, it's a great place to stay. If I come back for Sonic Temple next year i would definitely stay there again.

Extremely convenient location. Property is clean inside and out. All amenities work great. Would recommend this to anyone needing a weekend stay!

Nice flat, attractively furnished and had what we needed for a 2 day stay. We ventured to Columbus for my husband's birthday, went shopping and had dinner at Chophouse 614 downtown. We also picked up pizzas from Aracri downtown and it was delicious! Lyft was available and prompt everywhere we needed to go. Parking was tricky in the back of the flat.
