Luxury vinyl plank floors in large living room with gas fireplace & updated kitchen. Watch 65" Google smart TV from the 3-person sofa with coffee table. Rocker recliner and side table. 2 additional accent chairs and side table near fireplace can be arranged as needed or moved to make room for inflatable twin bed.
The king bed primary suite has a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Free wi-fi with excellent upload and download speeds. Southwest themed “blue” room with queen bed also offers a restful night. Inflatable twin bed are in queen bedroom walk-in closet. This extra bed can be used in either bedroom or the living room. Up to five (5) people are allowed in the per night rate.
Shared main bath with walk in shower (no tub) has plenty of linens and drawer space for everyone. Both beds are memory foam with extra pillow options. Second half bath (the "green room") with toilet and sink are in the utility room just off the kitchen next to the laundry folding station.
Beautiful grounds surround our home. Back deck is complete with a table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening meal. Gas BBQ provided.
Central Tumwater location is minutes from I-5 access. 10 minutes from downtown Olympia and Capitol Medical Center. SeaTac airport is only an hour away. Paradise on Mt. Rainier is 1 hr 25 min. Or head west to the beach … Ocean Shores is also 1 hr 25 min away!
Nearby shopping options include Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Fred Meyer, Safeway and Walgreens. Restaurants nearby: Happy Teriyaki, Pho 111, Denny’s, La Patrona, Brewery City Pizza and Lemongrass Café.
