This tastefully furnished flat in Palm-Mar (Arona) has 2 bedrooms and is fully equipped for 4 people.
The accommodation has an area of 145 m², including the covered terrace, with view of the garden and the swimming pool.
Palm-Mar, in southern Tenerife, is a small enclave, bordering the Atlantic Ocean and flanked by two nature reserves. It is a residential area just 15 minutes from "Tenerife Sur" airport .
Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a stone's throw away.
A perfect base to explore Tenerife: magnificent nature, beaches, breath taking landscapes, culture, colonial villages, unlimited sports activities... the best cocktail for an unforgettable holiday.
Along the sun-drenched avenues flanked by exotic palm trees, you will find several restaurants, cafes, eateries, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, medical centre, dentist
beauty centres, hairdressers, children's park and the beautiful Bahia Beach Club. Nearby, you can participate in various activities, such as golfing, hiking, cycling, snorkelling, etc.
In "Jardines de los Menceyes" the entrance to Palm-Mar, you can enjoy subtropical gardens, waterfalls and two swimming pools, one of which and the children's pool are heated, a spacious solarium with sunbeds and parasols. "Jardines de los Menceyes" has a fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment. A ten-minute walk away you will find the shopping centre with a wide variety of gastronomic choices and the black natural beach "la Arenita"

We absolutely loved this apartment. Set in a lovely complex with two swimming pools and an excellent gym. Our apartment was ground level which made it nice and easy for pool access. Palm Mar is a very quiet area but we hired a car so visited lots of places which kept our teenagers happy. Overall a very relaxed week away, definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for peace and quiet.
