The inside of the cabin was great.

Parking was for small vehicle’s only and the outside balconies need some maintenance

Location was great! Easy to access anything in the Pigeon Forge area! Spacious and comfortable cabin. Very good place to stay for the price. Would definitely stay again.

I only have two issues with our cabin. The dryer did not work for our stay, they were waiting on a part. The second issue was the grill was dismantled and inoperable.

We liked everything. !! Can’t say anything bad about this cabin. Really clean. Plenty of space. The layout. The location. Hot tub ! Everything was great. We had such a wonderful time here, and can’t wait to start planning our next trip. We could hear the Dollywood train whistle., And could see the smoke from Out front of the cabin. Also could see and hear the Dollywood fireworks. !!! The top loops of the eagle roller coaster was visible from the cabin ! Trolley stops right out front of the resort. Can walk to stop, get on trolley, and go to Dollywood without even moving your car ! (Buy trolley tickets at patriot park ) Couldn’t ask for anything Better than This !!!

The place was beautiful

The parking spaces are so small and the cabin we stayed in had bats in the upstairs room. We had to deal with them for 3 nights. Not a pleasant stay in that room couldn’t get sleep cause of the noise of them flying around and flying down at you all night and day. We got 1 out but the other 2 we couldn’t get out of there. No number to call to get them out.
