Good location next to the market, I have nothing to complain about

The location was awful and very scary as we are 2 young girls we did not feel safe leaving the building at all, there was a curtain behind the bed covering what looks like mold and damp, there was a door with a big lock on it in the middle of the living room, the TV had been smashed, there was a half used butter and milk in the fridge, the window in the bathroom didn't have a blind and wasn't frosted so we didn't feel comfortable using it at all, there was also another door outside of the living room that had straight view into our accommodation as again there was no privacy (there was a curtain but it was fully see through), the floor in the living room was also concrete.

OK in an emergency but I would not use this place again.

Host was very helpful and came to the building quickly when needed.

Lock system did not function. The host had to come to let me in and provide a key fob. Unsafe kitchen: The kitchen had a number of sockets that weren't screwed onto the wall properly. It seems they were decorating and forgot to re-fix them. Bed is very uncomfortable. The double bed is two single mattresses that are very lumpy, with the centre of the bed being impossible to lie on.

Put me off using Booking.com

The bed was super comfortable. Massive amount of space in the lounge and kitchen area.

Payment was not a smooth transaction as hoped. Had arrived at 1pm to go to a festival in the town, owner was at the property making beds for us and to give us keys. Following some miscommunication about payment and terrible phone signal (due to being at the festival), it took over 2 hours to sort the payment, trying to find signal around the venue, meant missing artists and then we were threatened with being locked out of the property if we didnt pay - though every effort was being made. It made for a very stressful experience, detracting from the event, which could have been easily avoided. However did not detract from the quality of the accommodation.
