Апартаменти в цілому дуже комфортні. Розташування зручне відносно до центру, поруч є метро, ресторани, магазини і тд. Помешкання знаходиться на 2му поверсі, що також є плюсом. В номері є все необхідне - рушники, капці, засоби для гігієни. Комунікація з персоналом зрозуміла та комфортна, змогли заселили трішки раніше, ніж було вказано. Під час відключення світла - є гаряча вода.
Не можу сказати, що це прям критично, але бажано було взяти до уваги та внести оновлення: 1. В душовій кабіні - лійка душа вже вся потріскана, що не дуже комфортно в користуванні, бо ріже руку. Краще все ж таки її замінити. 2. Матрас я б також рекомендувала оновити, бо він дуже мʼякий і не тримає тіло рівно. Про ковдру раніше тут читала - вона дійсно замала для двох дорослих.

Зупиняємось тут уже не вперше, все влаштовує. Чисто, комфортно, тепло. Трохи галасливо за вікном, але не критично.
Потрібно оновити рушники, вони чисті, але не білі, а сірі.

Розташування у самому центрі Києва, в доступності магазин, заклади щоб поїсти, аптека, усе дуже комфортно. Єдине, що заважає це шум з вулиці, але це не завадило відпочити

Трошки є питання по ковдрі) Для двох вона замала. Все інше приємно запамʼяталось
