a good place to start your ski journey with the aid of gondola Brzece-Mali Karaman :)

The owners are ready to help when you need. If you need some things just ask and they will try to help you. regarding hospitality : super ! *The manager , Leon, was helpful and friendly; we solved all the requests by phone. The local representative, Ivan, was also attentive and hospitable. *We really appreciate the late check-out, after we come back from ski in the last day [Tuesday]. *The house is close , around 60m, to the road, you have the parking space on the side of the road. *the WI-fi was good enough : 2,4&5 Ghz band * the neighborhood is silent so we appreciate this. *the kitchen is well equipped, the fridge was OK. * “food market” is situated at 7-8 min walking, you can buy water and food there. *The heating is dual to say so, electrical and traditional with wood in the stove, we had no pb on the stay, but if the power supply is cut, you will have no problems like in other accommodations due to the fact that the stove can work without electrical power. I consider this a great advantage of accommodation. We didn't use the wood stove, because we had no lack of electricity on our stay.

Need improvements In order to help the owner to improve the quality of accommodation I suggest some things where is place for better: “Need for a rack/hanger for drying ski clothes. And maybe the owner can put more hanger=hofinger=vešalica for the clothes to be dried. “At the arrival the bedroom was a little to cold... they could heat in advance the room. ... “ the ski eqs. deposit room was humid without ventilation and light... “required trash can in the bathroom ; and we didn't find the big trash can outside the hut where to put the garbage from inside. “ on the upper part of the furniture we found a lot of dust and remnants of uncleaned plaster after installation “the heating of the bathroom is wrong designed, the builders installed the heating unit near the ceiling! but as we are already visiting Brzece&Kopaonik for many times I think this a problem here :) they don't understand the thermal gradient. usually the heating need to radiate from below! “MISSING FIRE EXTINGUISHER: due to the fact that building has a lot of wood inside is important to provide some preventive protection.
