Ár-érték arányban jó a szállás! Van klíma, korrekt a fürdőszoba, még többféle tusfürdő is van. A konyha rész is korrekt.
A kapott törülközők büdösek voltak. A tisztaság rendben volt, de volt a fenti sarokban egy akkora pók, amekkora azért ritkán látható. Illetve, ha ki van írva, hogy ingyen van a kávé, és van kávéfőző (kapszulás), akkor lehet hogy kapszulát is tenni kellene az ingatlanba (nagyjából fél óra keresés után adtuk fel).

Hogy kulcs széfben volt a lakáskulcs. Nagyon jól fel volt szerelve kis területéhez képest. Nagyon frekventált helyen volt!

Elhelyezkedés, felszereltség
Cigi szag volt mindenhol, amit a ruhák is átvettek. A zuhanykabin, a fürdőben a jarolap fugák nem voltak a legtisztabbak, a zuhany tálca kopott, koszos hatása volt
